This notice covers invitation applications submitted on kledly.store. Kledly is operated by PWMP Digital B.V., Netherlands. It does not cover purchases from individual shops or their own privacy notices.
What you share
We ask for your name, email address, intended product format and permission to contact you about your application. You may also share your audience or channel link, audience size, existing shop link and a short note. Those additional details are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the note.
Why we use it
We use these details to consider your request for an invitation and contact you about that request. You choose whether to apply and consent to this use when you submit the form. This form does not sign you up for a newsletter or create an account, subscription or automatic invitation.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in a private register on the server used for this site, separate from test applications. Your details are available to the operator and people authorised to administer the service and review applications. This form does not send your application to advertising services or AI generation services.
Applications are retained for up to 180 days, with expired entries removed by scheduled cleanup. A repeat application with the same email returns the existing receipt and does not replace your earlier details. Contact us if you would like to correct your application.
Site protection and cookies
This landing page uses no analytics, advertising cookies or third-party form provider. Fonts and images are served by this site. The server processes your IP address to deliver the page and limit repeated submissions. The application service uses IP addresses temporarily in memory for rate limiting; it does not include them in your application record.
Your choices
You can withdraw your application or ask to access, correct or delete the details you submitted. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal. You may also contact your local data protection authority if you have a concern.
